Eye-On-Water

Eye-On-Water works with our AMR meters to give you direct access to your own water usage data. It also provides tools to help you manage your water usage. Red Rock Rural Water System suggests each customer create an Eye-On-Water account so you can see your hourly, daily, and monthly water usage.

RRRWS staff periodically reviews unusual water patterns, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to monitor their own account. With Eye-On-Water you can set up leak alerts. A leak must be going on for a full 24 hours before you will get an alert. Please take advantage of the leak alert feature with Eye-On-Water to receive the fastest notification of leaks.

After creating an account, you can download an app through Google Play or the Apple Store.

Setting Up Your Account

Visit Eye-On-Water on your computer using a supported web browser. Follow the prompts on the screen.

Please contact the office for your RRRWS account number if you aren't sure what it is. Eye-On-Water will locate your account using this. If an error occurs, please contact our office for assistance.

After accepting the terms of agreement, click next. Then go to your email and open the email from EyeOnWater. If you did not receive an email, check your Spam/Junk folder. There will be a welcome message with a button that says, "Click here to verify email." Click the button and it will redirect you to the Eye-On-Water login. Enter your email address and password to access your account information. After you have confirmed your account, you will be able to use your email address and password to log in for future visits.

If you have more than one account, you can attach all acounts to the same email address. If you need assistance with this, please call the office.
